Stories of impact

At ResultsCX, we recognize that we have a broader role to play in the world. We continually look for ways to utilize our resources, people, and technology, to advance our CSR objectives. Our recent initiatives showcase this commitment. We set up a Call Center Training Hub in Lapu-Lapu City in collaboration with the city government to impart valuable skills to locals and facilitate job opportunities in the BPO industry. Additionally, we partnered with the Department of Defense’s Spouse Education and Career Opportunities program and Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP), to help military spouses identify and sustain employment opportunities.
Our people-first culture embraces the spirit of giving back. On a regular basis, thousands of employees around the world come together, spreading love and hope in their communities. Whether through volunteering their time, fundraising efforts, or contributing essential items such as canned food, hygiene products, books, and educational materials, our colleagues actively engage in supporting underprivileged members of society.
